From Deidara to Pain: The Most Formidable Akatsuki Members in Naruto

Obito Uchiha shared some of Naruto’s ideals at the outset of the series, but circumstances led him to join the Akatsuki. Obito, who initially blended in like a ninja, rose to prominence as a pivotal figure in the series. After Madara recognized his potential and trained him to have good control over his powers, he assumed the identities of Tobi and Madara and fooled everyone into thinking he was an Akatsuki member.

Despite his skill in manipulating others, Obito was unsuccessful in recruiting Yahiko into the Akatsuki while he was still alive. Tobi Obito joined the Akatsuki after Nagato became Pain and took a different approach to settle their differences. His hallmark move, Kamui, which drew on his knowledge of Bukijutsu and Ninjutsu, was a major asset in battle.

He was able to stand his ground against his enemies with only one Sharingan eye after acquiring the Mangekyo Sharingan after Rin’s death. By stealing Nagato’s Rinnegan and implanting it in himself, Obito was able to significantly enhance his abilities. In fact, he went beyond the capabilities of a Hokage and became a Ten-Tails Jinchriki. This has made him Akatsuki’s most formidable fighter at the moment.

Prior to his parent’s demise in the Third Shinobi World War, Nagato lived in peace in his native Amegakure. His Rinnegan (implanted by Madara) was awakened as a result of his parent’s death. His best friend Yahiko sacrificed his life during their battle for peace. One of the three Legendary Sannins of Konoha was Orochimaru. But his greed for his ambitions and aims caused him to veer from the straight and narrow. In his pursuit of immortality, he started conducting experiments on human bodies, for which the town abandoned him. After leaving Hamlet, he eventually joined the Akatsuki Organization. There, Sasori became his partner, and the two of them excelled in the company up until he met Itachi. Orochimaru attempted to steal Itachi’s body when he joined Akatsuki because he desired the Sharingan eyes for himself. But in the end, Itachi’s devastating Genjutsu proved to Orochimaru was more powerful.

Orochimaru was regarded as one of the most powerful figures in the anime series in addition to being one of the strongest members of Akatsuki. He was a famous shinobi from the Sunagakure village and worked as a member of the Puppet Brigade. Sasori killed the third Kazekage, who was regarded as the most powerful shinobi Sungakure had ever produced. After a tragic childhood, he was recruited to the Akatsuki by Konan and was initially paired with Orochimaru. Later, he joined Deidara and concealed his true identity by disguising himself as one of his puppets.

Sasori was an S-rank level missing-nin and was instantly recognized as one of the most powerful members of the Akatsuki. He could maintain his youthful form by converting his body into a puppet. Furthermore, he had mastered the art of puppets, and his skills were extraordinary. He was a master puppeteer and had unique techniques that no one else could pull off, such as creating puppets from human bodies.

Moreover, he could use the powers and abilities of the human puppets they had before they died. During his final battle, he unleashed a total of 298 human puppets against Granny Chiyo and Sakura. We also saw Sasori incorporate many poison techniques into his puppets. However, he died at the hands of his grandmother after an intense battle.

Kakuzu was a highly dangerous S-rank missing-nin and an expert shinobi from the Takigakure village. He lived an extraordinarily long life, having been able to endure for many years because of his special skills. He shared a partnership with Hidan, another immortal, and the two of them were referred to in the Akatsuki as the “Zombie Combo.”

Using his Earth Grudge Fear method, Kakuzu was able to harvest his opponents’ organs, mainly their hearts. He might be able to extend his own life and get stronger by doing this. He could revive himself with the hearts after dying and use them as masks to attack his adversaries. He was feared by many people because of his talents, which made him a very formidable foe.

However, Kakashi of the Sharingan ultimately ended Kakuzu’s immortality by defeating him in combat. Even after he was killed, Kakuzu’s abilities served as an example to many would-be shinobi despite his defeat.

Shikamaru’s battle against Hidan is indeed a memorable one. Hidan was a missing shinobi from Yugakure village and the last partner of Kakuzu in the Akatsuki. He was a devout follower of Lord Jashin and had a jujutsu-like technique that allowed him to kill his opponents with just a drop of their blood. This made him a formidable opponent, and he joined the Akatsuki after abandoning his village.

Hidan proved to be a valuable member of the Akatsuki by killing Asuma Sensei and the Two-Tails’ jinchūriki. He was also skilled in Bukijutsu, which he incorporated into his jujutsu technique. His immortality made him survive fatal wounds, but he was eventually defeated by Shikamaru’s intellect.

Shikamaru, being a genius strategist, used his intelligence and cunning to outsmart Hidan. He used Hidan’s own technique against him by drawing his blood and making him unable to move. Shikamaru then buried Hidan alive, effectively trapping him for eternity. It was a satisfying end to the battle and a testament to Shikamaru’s intelligence and skill as a shinobi.
