LimeSurvey – open source online survey application
LimeSurvey is an open source PHP based online survey application that allow you to develop, publish Surveys and collect responses to online surveys. It written in PHP and uses multiple database backend such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MSSQL etc..
Users can develop, publish and collect responses to surveys without having knowledge about coding. it also allow survey branching, quota support, custom preferred layout and design using a web template system, export survey results to various formats, and provide basic statistical analysis of survey results. Surveys can be either publicly accessible or be strictly controlled through the use of "once-only" tokens for each survey participant. Additionally results can be anonymous be separation of participants data and result data, even for controlled surveys.
